We partner with senior leaders and leadership teams across education and mission-driven organizations, offering support tailored to the role you’re in and the decisions you’re facing.
I’m an educational leader, consultant, and executive coach with over a decade of experience as a Head of School and years of advising schools and mission-driven organizations across North America, Europe, and Israel.
I previously served as Head of School at Fuchs Mizrachi School in Cleveland, where I led educational, financial, and organizational initiatives. Since making aliyah in 2016, I’ve worked with hundreds of schools and organizations in the U.S., Canada, South America, and Europe, coaching heads of school, principals, CEOs, and CFOs as they navigate complex leadership decisions.
My background includes semicha from Yeshiva University and a Doctorate in Education from Columbia University Teachers College, along with training as a Wexner Graduate Fellow and recognition as a Covenant Foundation Pomegranate Prize awardee.
I bring together lived leadership experience, research, and close partnership to help leaders think clearly, weigh competing demands, and move forward with confidence when the decisions matter most.
The pressures of leadership are real, and they have consequences. The most effective leaders understand that they should not bear those pressures alone.
Our work gives you the support and guidance you need to speed up or slow down at the right moments, to clarify what matters most, and to make the right decisions for your people and for yourself.
